Turns out, I'd jammed the drum with too many clothes (oops). The tech was nice about it, explaining everything without making me feel dumb. Fixed it right there in about half an hour. Prices seemed fair, definitely worth getting the machine up and running instead of going for a new one. Really impressed with how smooth everything went, from booking to completion.
